A graduate of the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel & Restaurant Administration, Steve brings extensive food service and catering experience to the firm. As a former partner of Sterling Affair Catering in New York City and more recently as the assistant manager at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, Steve has set new standards for service which will help to make MaxHansenCaterers the area's premier caterer.

From planning, set-up, and service, to break-down and clean-up the relationship between us and our client is based on respect, professionalism, and exceeding expectations.

From marketing and sales to event management, Steve oversees daily operations, making sure that every event runs efficiently and that food quality and service meet the client’s as well as the company’s expectations.
